Rates
Our annual leases start January 1 and end December 31. All annual lease rates include electric, water, cable TV, wireless internet, and all marina amenities. Annual slipholders also receive fuel discounts and free pumpouts at the fuel dock.

| 45 foot slips | $7500 - $8500 |
All 50 to 70 foot slips have full length catwalks.
